Chronic Pain
Chronic pain is not a life sentence. At Revolve, we identify the structural, neurological, and systemic root causes driving your pain — and build a targeted plan to correct them.
Understanding Chronic Pain
Chronic pain is defined as pain that persists for three months or longer — often well beyond the normal healing period of an injury or illness. It affects more than 50 million adults in the United States and is the leading cause of long-term disability, missed work, and reduced quality of life.
What makes chronic pain so difficult to treat is that it rarely has a single cause. Over time, persistent pain rewires the central nervous system through a process called central sensitization — amplifying pain signals even when the original structural injury has healed. This is why patients can have "normal" imaging results and still experience debilitating daily pain.
At Revolve Integrative Health, we take a whole-body approach to chronic pain — addressing structural misalignment, nervous system dysregulation, inflammation, and metabolic factors simultaneously. We don't just treat where it hurts. We find out why it hurts and build a plan that addresses the root cause.
